I have tried repeatedly to contact this office by telephone with no success. I have tried as often as 50 times a day for up to two weeks at a time with nothing but endless ringing. I stay on the line and let it ring until I can no longer stand to hear the ringing, but still nothing. No answering machines, no answers, nothing. I did however get a busy signal on one occasion so I guess someone does use the phone for something. It is unbelievable how impossible it is to speak to someone on the phone here.

The government fails to hire sufficient staff, I too have called many times, I love the part when you are on hold and after 15 minutes it just cuts you off.

How about this one, I an a Disability Advocate and sent a complete case, including medical records, and I received a letter today they do not have it - Odd since I sent it June 8th - they signed for it June 9th - way to go Lewistown.

In Harrisburg, I must say from personal experience is different, in that they answer the phone, they are very nice and helpful - hard to believe isn't it.
