I stopped by this office today during my lunch break. The gentleman in front of me was talking to the guard so i stepped past him and got my ticket to be called for social security card issues. She stopped me and told me i stepped in front of the gentleman and took my number while making a smirk at the lady sitting at the desk.

Now, I am a WORKING citizen and was doing this on my lunch break. This man could barely speak english and needed help with something and how was i to know it was with the machine. Very rude of her to act like she's some important figure at that office.

So i get behind the man and get another number, only to be called ahead of him anyway because we had different issues. Why is it that a working individual feels so out of place in that office? The person who handled my issue couldn't have been any sweeter.

If this is the first face you see when entering that office I would think you would want a pleasant and even well kept individual there to greet people.
