I recently learned that my Ex wife no longer has to file any child support, and resons be told is Mental handicap. My question is can I learn if my EX is recieving any support or benefits from SSI and if she is can my children (which we have shared parenting) be able to recieve any benefits from this. please let know
Learning of ex-spouse's receipt of SSI
I couldn't find a clear answer on this, but privacy rules likely will prevent you from learning of their receipt of benefits based on their record. For example, see this post :
