My Payee

I am currently under the authorization of a trustee to my benifits, B H at H Community Center. I have found her entirely unable to perform correctly at all. I have reported her to the Galveston TX SSI Office and explained that she could not comply with my requests.

That I was falsely charged in the Glaveston for offenses not my own, of which have informed Eureka Courts to that I am free to leave here and expect to live in Eureka California. The false charges included a record in Idaho. That I had to pay a fine, for the amount of $870 and asked naturally for the amount allotted of two hundred dollars every two weeks and on the first sending an additional three hundred to do so, it would take three months, I would return and file a lawsuit. She refused and sent a letter (fax I beleive) explaining that I had too many bills to pay to do that and could only send me fifty dollars a week.

I know I do not have bills and do not recieve my entire benifits in the state of Texas, though she explained that I had a bill collection for one hundred and ninety six dollars. Then after nor paying any such amount for anything, would sponsor in sending an additional amount of two hundred one week to live an and regain my attire. I was then informed after reporting her to the SSI office again, having been told to return actually about the matter, that I had saved from Novenmber of 2009 to June of 2010 two thousand doallrs for the demand of an apartment.

I had explained that I was only converstational about the matter, though they refused to understand and had sent me onehundred doallars a week to live on during those dates. Though I would ask for an additional amount occasionally. I then asked simply that to send a check for the amount of one hundred and eighty seven dollars to pay the fine, she refused entirely exclaiming that she would not send me that much money.

It is now as well to have somehow saved three thousand dollars and am broke on the street living on fifty dollars a week would ask her for and additional one hundred dollars since it is hard to live on such an amount. I explained that I would call and verify the travel expenses since my family had covered the fine and she would repay my family in concern. I recieved a check asked for and it was then for travel expenses, and no further payments arriving called and left a message that the amount of the travel expenses would be two undred and sixteen dollars for the bus, and so three hundred and fifity so I can get home. Some how I am then standing on the street in Galveston broke again, and waiting for the actual travel expenses.

I have already contacted Eureka Courts in regards to being falsely arrested, in which I had to defend myself versus a stalker impersonating to have worked at one of the resturaunts in the immeidiate area.
That I was told by the SSI Office here in Galveston TX to immediately schedule to change my payee when I arrive there, that I cannot do so here.
