Mineola N.Y. S.S. office employs the worst people and needs to be revamped

The people that work here are the most un-professional,un-friendly and, inconsiderate people. It almost seems like the government employs idiots like this to frustrate people into not getting the S.S. benefits they need!!!!! Its sad really! My father who's been paying S.S. for his entire life, spent years in Vietnam fighting for this country has nothing but problems getting benefits he deserves!!!!!!! I guess because he's not a minority or foreign he's gonna pay for being American?
