I will begin collecting my Social Security benefits at age 62. If my ex-spouse to who I was married for over 10 years wants to collect benefits based on my earnings, does that reduce my monthly benefit?

The benefits paid to a divorced spouse or a surviving divorced spouse will not affect the benefit amount paid to other family members who receive benefits on the same record.
