Spousal benefits

My wife is thinking of retiring next year. She will be 63 and I will be 61 at the time. I am planning on working until I am 64 or 65.
She has a small SS payment compared to mine
Is there any way she can start collecting at 63 based on my projected SS payment.
I have read some articles about "File and Suspend" which I think is only applicable if I have reached the full retirement age of 66. I have also seen articles about the option of claiming my SS at 62 but continue to work, then subject to the "Annual Retirement earnings test". I think this would allow my wife to collect based on my earnings but would also allow me to not collect until I am 66 without penalty.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
