my husband and I are both on SSI.
Is there anyay someone can give me or deed me a house with out affecting our SSI?
or
If I buy a house in my own name for us to live in can my mother be a coborrower on the mortgage (not on the deed) with out affecting our SSI?
If my mother should die can her estate pay the mortgage off with out affecting ur SSI?
Can someone pay for a repair to my home (directly to the contractor) with out it affecting our SSI?
Can a supplemental needs trust designed for the purpose, pay for repairs to my house and taxes if necessary without affecting our SSI?
