Verifying benefits
I'm not sure what is meant by "verifying benefits". If this means, "I'm already receiving benefits, and want to see records of payments" then I believe the answer is that this is not yet available.

For your individual case, the SSA had provided a "Personal Statement" with earning history and estimated benefits. However, it seems like they have recently suspended this service :
