This lady was on window 1 she looks like chanies she was so rude I was there for a simple question and the way she answered me was rudely. I think they should put somebody who really need job. Or put her somewhere in back office for filing. It was a beautiful morning and she ruined my morning. And my question was for my son and was a simple one. But she treated me so badly. I like to say SS office supervisor he should check who was working that day and give her job in the back not in a public dealing. Another thing I noticed they dont have Name Tag. I think they should have and should also have comments and complaint form. So people can get better service.
