My wife working full time over $2,500 cash only each month but she receive from SSI $800 each month! Can is she still working until she don't want to stopped ?

I don't really understand your comment, but you may want to refer to SSA information regarding reporting requirements for SSI recipients.
If you receive SSI, you must report changes in the following (among others) :
