No place to make appointment
Waited 15 minutes on hold then was disconnected. Attempted 6 more times to no avail.. Should have an available spot to make an appointment using a real time calendar as that was the purpose formy call.

Play word games, take no responsibility, do not respect, or want to assist customers.Do not give ext or last names, disconect you and switch u to fax lines like that's their job!

What is going on in these institutions we the tax payers are supporting?
No one is accountable.They will not answer your questions or phones.
where are you to get assistance?If u call national 800# u will get nasty rude women in Chicago who will not assist you.These people will be getting federal Pensions for treating us like garbage.
Who advocates for the elderly and/or disabled anymore? Why are we encouraging this behavior? We do this by allowing it to continue.You can not get to a Supervisor and if u do-Is it a Supervisor or the jerk sitting next to the original jerk who answered the phone? These Phatom Supervisors will assure you employee is perfect-so therefore the challenge must be you and around and around you go.Mean while, no one ever assits you.Why even bother to have these people? If u detest people as they must-don't be in the "people" business. When u indicate recording said call recorded to prove how u were just spoken to-Phatom Supervisor will tell u that call was not recorded! Only record randomly...They just do not care-if they are Supervisors....Why doesn't someone who remembers our America do something about this situation? I know I'm am not so special that I am only person who has been treated like this by this office. Where there is smoke -there is fire! Do these creatures not realize they too will be old/+ or disabled one day?Do these folks realize they are speaking to someone's Mom or Dad? I sincerely fear for your souls. I may be disabled but I am kind, empathetic, and care about the welfare of others. I know I do not deservve this shabby treatment.Nor does anyone. Someone look into this Federal Institution.Send in undercover Senior.You will see what goes on!

RE: Social security in Easton Pa
Well I do not have any gas in my car and the ss office in Easten Pa is asking me where I am from originaly which is not allowed to be asked.
There are no gas station and have a 74 year mother who lost her eye. do to a neibhor who was yelling at my mother face for no reason. so she has only one eye. One car has no gas and the other I am using it to go to work. I can not get my mother to the ss office and the lady is yelling at my mother on the phone.
What this country has come to?
