I had the miss fortune of having to come into your office Thursday!
I should think you would have people with people skills dealing with the public.
The lady that waited on me did NOT have people skills at all. She sit me off right at the beginning. Aren't your people trained so they should be able to help us? She expected me to know EVERYTHING that the average person would not know.
All I needed was help in sitting up a direct deposit. It took the manager to help me. She knew what had to be done and who to call. Why didn't the lady that waited on me know any of this.
She made me feel very stupid and was very condensending
Shame on SSI for treating the public like we are fools. Shame on you
