Find a Person
Hi, I wonder if you can help me. I am looking for a friend that I have not seen him for years. His name is Michael C. He graduated and left. He graduated from Warren Central High School in 1970s. He used to live with us while going to Junior/high school with my brother while his parents and family moved to California (I think). The last time, my brother told me what he heard he lives in California, Texas, OK or Mississippi. Michael J C. 1955 is his birthdate same as my brother's birthdate. His last address was Bellwood Drive.
I just want to see him again and wanted to know how he's been doing and wonder if he has a family or not. Etc. I would love to be reunited with him.

Can Social Security help me find a missing person?
The Social Security Administration cannot provide you with an address of someone without his or her permission. However, SSA has a letter forwarding service that can be used to attempt to contact a missing person. We can attempt to forward a letter to a missing person under circumstances involving a matter of great importance, such as a death or serious illness in the missing person's immediate family, or a sizeable amount of money that is due the missing person. Also, the circumstances must concern a matter about which the missing person is unaware and would undoubtedly want to be informed.
