My daughters social security ends in February will my son be getting the full amount after hers stop? they currently split the benefits

You don't provide many details (loss due to becoming an adult?), but an increase for the younger child may be possible.

Contact your local Social Security office for confirmation, but here's an example of how one family will see an increase in benefits for remaining children as other children lose benefits (see bottom of page) :

in order for my child to receive social security beniits does he need to be enrolled in a public school or can he be home schooled?

In general, it appears that Social Security recognizes home schooling when this is required to receive benefits.

However, the "home school" ("educational institution") must meet certain requirements regarding attendance, hours of instruction per day, testing etc.

These requirements vary from state to state, although there are federal requirements as well.
