IF MY DAUGHTER IS RECEIVING FULL BENEFITS FROM HER DAD THROUGH DISABILITY AND HE'S MARRIED TO A WOMAN WITH CHILDREN WHOSE RECEIVING CHILD SUPPORT FROM THEIR REAL FATHER, BUT HER DAD NEVER SIGNED FOR THE WIFE'S CHILDREN TO RECEIVE BENEFITS FROM HIM. CAN MY CHILD'S BENEFITS BE CUT BECAUSE HIS WIFE DECIDES TO APPLY TO RECEIVE BENEFITS FROM MY DAUGHTER'S FATHER FOR HER CHILDREN EVEN IF THEY HAVE NOT LIVED TOGETHER FOR 2 YRS.

I'm not clear on the details of your situation, and you'll want to confirm with the SSA, but yes, it may be possible for your daughter's benefit to be cut.

It sounds like the father is eligible for "ordinary" disability rather than SSI-based disability. SSI has strict income and "living arrangement" rules, and a benefit may change based upon living arrangements.

However, even for "ordinary" disability benefits, there is a "family maximum" benefit. If additional children are "added" to your daughter's benefit, the share allotted to your daughter may drop.

Again, consulting directly with the SSA is recommended.
