working and disability

Can not seem to receive the same answer from SS on their back to work program. Understand that a trail period of 9 where you make over 720.00 a month is considered. My first month was May at over that amount agent said if continued then would be off this program in Nov. which is 7 months???
Also need help with determining what items can reduced my earning amount because of certain medications, necessities needed to be able to function on the job. Take several meds for pain, nerve problems etc and was told those don't count. Where and Who can I talk to or find understandable information regarding these topics.
