My wife has m.s. and receives disability . M y son who is 13 receives s.s. If my wife moves out and my son lives with me how can she us his s.s. to live on? SHE HAS NOT SEEN HER SON IN 6 WEEKS AND HAS NOT MADE ANY ATEMPED TO. I also have a 21 year old she dosnt get along with . we are not devorced but she is seeing someone and my boys know. What do i do about ss.?
Representative payee
Sounds like your wife is the representative payee for benefits your son is receiving. Your wife should be receiving her own disability benefit for her condition.
