I have been told that I have been overplayed by SSD I have applied for a waiver of this debt and have heard nothing about the situation or have had my documents returned I recently got a call stating I should call and when I called there. Is no answer and all other numbers lead to a computer generated answer system what do you do there is no communication please help

If you haven't done so already, you may want to try calling the general Social Security number at 1-800-772-1213.
Next, try calling or visiting your local Social Security office.
You can check the status of an application for benefits here, https://secure.ssa.gov/apps6z/IAPS/applicationStatus, but that doesn't seem to apply to your waiver request.
