I am a 100 percent disabled veteran collecting my VA benefits and my social security disability I want to know If I am entitled to collect my retirement pay now and if so how do I do it and if not when can I.

We only specialize in Social Security so we really can't comment on veteran benefits.
When you reach full retirement age, nothing will change, except for Social Security purposes, your benefits will be called retirement benefits instead of disability benefits. You do not need to take any action.
