phone fraud
I called your office and waited for 10 minutes for an agent, listening to the music and messages. After 10 minutes you hear a click, click click then no more music. This has happened to me before. My guess is that agents are taking the call and imediately hanging up-with a click, click thereby getting credit for taking that call. Then no more music just nothingness for 15 minutes. This is egregious and should be looked into!!!!! Dale R L call date 9/6 10am.

Jenkintown, PA Office
Your website indicates that the office on West Ave. in Jenkintown, PA will be open until noon starting on Jan 2. I just wanted to let you know that the office at that location is permanently closed. They have no working hours and the office itself is vacant.
