Social Security Office for Jonesboro, AR 72401

I have been working with D___? from the jonesboro office. my son J__ H____,( 4_____), was sent for testing on 12/__/08. my son is "shaken baby syndrome" (adopted)he has a hearing impairment, seizures,and adhd. The letter we received states, denied because he is "NOT BLIND ENOUGH". I can assure you that his eyesight was never in question. It was never even mention as a "potential" problem. I am
confused with this denial. I tried calling, but it was busy.

I have been to this office once, hope too NEVER go there again.
Was inquiring about DEATH of my son, need to confirm death, information needed to help me obtain Death certificate. Agent was cold, unconcerned, offfered NO VALUEABLE HELP . Told me matter
of fact, monotone voice, "go on google and look for death certificate."
"could try State Health Dept." Not true, Ark. requires town or county of
death, they will not do state wide search for you. Called Social Security
direct on hold 45 minutes, worth every minute. Agent was pleasent, helpful, sympathic for my loss, made real effort to help me.
