divorce and alimony
My husband and I were married almost 3 yrs. He receives SSD-I was orderly by the court to pay him an amount of alimony for 25 weeks. Should he report this to Social Security?
Reporting divorce and alimony for Social Security disability
It sounds like your ex-husband receives "normal" Social Security disability -- not SSI. SSI has strict reporting requirements regarding marital status, income and assets.
Reporting requirements for "normal" Social Security are not as strict, but you still must report items such as income from work (wages), workers compensation and pensions from work not covered by Social Security.
I have not seen a requirement to report alimony payments for "normal" Social Security disability.

reporting a marriage
My husband receives SSD. I receive a pension. Was he obligated to report the change in his martial status, address and my pension income to Social Security?
Reporting marriage and pension from new spouse
Again, it sounds like this is a case for "standard" Social Security disability rather than SSI. SSI has stricter reporting requirements.
I have not seen a requirement to report marriages under "standard" Social Security disability.
The document referenced below indicates one must report "Pensions from work not covered by Social Security". However, this likely covers the beneficiary rather than the spouse.
You may want to contact Social Security directly for confirmation.
