My daughter went to the office located on South Lindbergh, 63127 and was treated terribly. I think that some people that work for the gov't feel they have the right to treat people like crap and they have an attitude. It is not right and something needs to be done about it. I am in the process of trying to find out who my daughter could talk with to file a complaint. She does not feel that talking to someone at that office would do any good. I certainly hope that someone can help her b/c it is only going to continue and I feel sorry for the next person that it happens to.
