A women by the name of Mrs.B was VERY VERY nasty to me on the phone. I tried to ask her the same question 3 times and every time she rudely interrupted me and laughed at my question before I could even ask the entire thing.
When I finally told her to stop interrupting me, I asked my question and then wanted to explain things nicely. Moral of the story is don't interrupt someone before you know what is going to be asked.
What she was trying to tell me had no relevance to what I was asking. I plan on calling and complaining about this women for the next week. I'm appalled at the fact that a government job requires you to hire such people. Then again, it's the government.
