Social Security Office for New Port Richey, FL 34652

Ms. F at New Port Richey SS office hung up on me after I requested to speak to her supervisor. She also stated her super was "not in" at 2:35pm on 6/23/10. I called the office back and asked the next rep how I can file a complaint against Ms. F. She put me on hold and another person answered "Social Security". I asked who I was speaking with and this rep proceeded to hang up on me without saying anything at all. NOT a Very professional office. They are rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, incompetent. And these are the folks who have to review my SSDI claim?? These are the government workers we have dealing with sick and injured people?? Hopefully the New Port Richey will be reprimanded for these actions. I think they need to re-train their reps on how to deal with the public. So much for Southern Hospitality. I will be moving out of FL so I don't have to deal with these idiots anymore. There are a lot of people seeking jobs so hopefully the office will remove the bad seeds in New Port Richey.

I've been calling the New Port Richey Office for 2 Hours all it does is ring. No one picks up and there is no recording. How am i supposed to contact the Social Security Office if noone picks up the Phone?
