I cant find out any info on anything in any of there websites. I have called the geneva office so many times it's not funny. No one ever calls back they were suppose to call me today and never did. I will be calling tomarrow and make a complant. His worker needs to be fired everytime no matter what time of the day she is never there. I have even called the main branch and they said they would make sure she called which she still hasn't. I am tired of it. I gave them all the chances. Now its time to call the head boss and maybe get people in the geneva office that will work and help you. Will find out tomarrow when i call to make another complanit.

I hope you were served eventually. Poor service is a very common and legitimate complaint about the office. I don't have an answer. sorry you went through this

what you mean..i also have been calling for a few weeks and always get a recording..never a live person at the end of the exstention...i even let it go through to the dispatchers and asked them to ask her to call me...i have been thinking bout calling the big boys but dont know who that is lol..anybody know who i should call please state ty

I have called for 2 months about my sons case. They tell me the same thing you didn't bring the paperwork in. I have faxed and hand delivered. Now it must be on her desk she is on vacation. I leave messages no return phone call.

The S.S.I workers are very busy doing tons of paperwork. They also take walk-ins and answer phones! Its a very difficult job. They are only allowed to hire a certain amount of people Because our state has cut-backs! Blame the source not the unfortunate workers who are under paid and overworked!!!

It still dont justify not even returning a simple phone call after numerous times..if they cant handle it..maybe they should find new work :)

they put you on hold for 25 minutes and then transfer you to someone who doesn't answer the phone. after that, no chance for to leave a message, the computer just tell you to call back.

i also tried calling the national number without success. talk about customer no service!

i can't wait for obama care!
