My wife passed away and she was collecting SSI from my benefits because she didn't have enough credits to collect on her own. Do I get that portion back now that she has passed or do I just lose it?

I assume you're describing Social Security retirement benefits, rather than SSI. SSI is a means-based system separate from Social Security retirement.

For Social Security retirement benefits, your benefit will not increase based on the information you provided.
