If someone draws disability based on mental disorder but has a home based business is that legal? I don't think they report their income?
How do you report them anonymously?

If the individual engages in "Substantial Gainful Activity" (earning more than $1,010 a month in 2012) for a prolonged period, they may lose their eligibility for disability benefits.
