Hello,
I have a real problem...my sister has severe psorisatic arthritis. She has 90% coverage of her body with the psoriasis and the rheumatoid arthritis has her bones curling in different areas of her body-mainly her feet. She cannot stand and she cannot sit without swelling beyond belief. She worked for 10 years in pain constantly. She has seen so many different doctors that can confirm and have confirmed her condition.

Now....my problem is knowing that an alcholic and a heroins addict, that choose these decisions for themselves can get social security but my sister cannot-she has been denied 3 times. This is insane...how can someone who didn't ask for 2 diseases not get help but someone who choses to ruin their bodies with drugs can get it in no time.

Her name is Robin V and I sincerely hope that someone pays attention to her case because I have watched my sister suffer for over 13 years and she worked for every single one of those years in pain. Her last employer "let" her stay on because she cannot get the help that she needs from Social Security to help her with her bills.

He had to let her go because her condition was severely jeopardizing her job. No-one is going to hire my sister with her conditions and put up with the downfalls her diseases. I am going to write every possible government agency that I can until someone pays attention to her case.

It is absurd that someone in her condition can be denied and others who cause their own conditions can get Social Security in a hearbeat. As I said, I will not quit and will notify anyone can over this. I wish it didn't come to this but if I have to go straight to the Supreme Court with letters...then I will. You have a nice day.
