ss disabity and workers compensation
My husband was disabled by a dis functional worker, and the employer sucked at helping him, he fired him at christmas after he tried to return to work. any way, after receiving settlement from workers comp in 08, he was approved for ss disablity in 2011, why does he have to pay back any thing? We have lost home a boat and now ready to be kicked out of rental cause of this pay back crap. our lawyer sucked too.
