I get disability on myself. I also get a check for my minor children because I am the that is disabled. He claims that he can get my son's check cause he told the local SS office that I am not paying my bills right and not spending the money on my children. I have proof that I am. He went to that office and the next thing I get in the mail is a letter stating that my son's check is being sent to his house. How is he getting my check sent to his house when I am the one that is disabled?
Representative payee issue
It's not clear from your post who "he" is. The father of the children?
This sounds like a potential representative payee issue. A representative payee receives benefits on behalf of those who can not care for themselves.
