Hi. Please provide more details as to your situation. Are you receiving Social Security disability or retirement payments?
In general, SSI payments are need-based and may be cut upon marriage. However, in general Social Security disability and retirement benefits are not need based and will not be cut upon marriage.
Note, however, if you were previously married, you may lose any spousal or survivor benefits you may have accrued with the previous spouse.

It's difficult for us to speculate on your personal situation. However, be aware if your fiance earns $70,000 annually there's a good chance your SSI benefits may be reduced or eliminated.
Please contact Social Security directly for your personal situation.
