Does anyone know where you can get help in understanding the communications with SS and their really unreal policies and practices!!. I have 26 pgs of SS letters for the last 3 months and most say "ooops we made a mistake, you owe us" and ooops we made a mistake we owe you", etc. Driving me crazy trying to figuer out what they are saying in their letters.

Other than filing an appeal, I haven't seen much in terms of Social Security providing an ombudsman or advocate to help guide folks through issues.
