Creating Jobs in the SS office

First of all I HAVE a job. My Husband HAS a job. We needed to accomplish some tasks at the SS office and spent more than 1 1/2 hours waiting for servce. There was approximately 50 people in line coming and going at all times and only 2 people working the windows.
NY is considering sine suoer fast stupid train from buffalo to albany to create jobs. Why don't you save your money and hire people at the SS office so people can get back to thier jobs in a reasonable amount of time.
