I never received my stimulus check?

I never received my stimulus check. All of my neighbors have received a stimulus check!. Why haven't I? I've worked all of my life and retired at age 60 (which wasn't my idea). I have been retired 2 years.
I receive a small pension the first of the month & a small SS check at the end of the month. Thanks to Ronald Reagan's brain storm. ... No double dipping! He received 7 pensions at one time. Reagan's policies caused my SS check to be reduced by $300.00. Times are very tough so why are we still back in the 1980's with Reagan's ideas?

I have been told all of the SS checks will be released on the 3rd of the month instead of the middle or end of the month. Who decided to release the checks @ different times of the month? My bills are due the 1st part of the month....not the last. Will the checks be released on the 3rd as I have been told?

Yours truly,

Portsmouth, OH 45662-9048

I didn't see a clear indication of when you became eligible for Social Security retirement benefits. Only individuals eligible for Social Security, SSI, Veterans, or Railroad Retirement benefits at any time during the months of November 2008, December 2008, or January 2009 were eligible for the one-time payment.

Please contact your Social Security office if you believe you were eligible but did not receive a payment.

As far as regular payment dates, for all Social Security beneficiaries receiving benefits after April 1997, payments are made the second, third, and fourth Wednesday of the month, depending on your birthday.
