Hi, I am a 63 year old, (64 in November 2011) a V. N. Vet, recently widowed, applied for and was approved on my first application for Disability at the age of 62 & ½ (very important) Federal SSA/SSG Account 62+ & receive only $1,129.00 per month. The SSA will not give me my due Early Retirement over my Disability Benefits, nor will they even acknowledge my “Rights” to my SSA SSG, (H.R. 743) Account. Please Review The Following Web Links that supports my financial issue within my self-worth & self- sufficiency during my Retirement years. I CANNOT LIVE ON $1,129.00 PER MONTH
I believe that my “Civil Rights” & “Elder Rights” Etc., Discrimination to Early Retirement Benefits, Etc. are being Fraudulently Breached& Denied by the Federal Government.
The SSA has quietly, hidden this entitlement from the public & from attorneys. It is confirmed that I contributed of my Life Time Earnings into SSA over $2 million $175,000.00 over 50 years of my work history & I should receive a 5% lump sum on my $2 million $175,000.00 (which would be over $100,000.00) plus a minimum of $2,400.00 per month for my Disability & Early Retirement directly from my SSG Account “Percentage” of my Life Time Earnings & as a Volunteer within my SSG Account “Social Security Guarantee Plus Act” (SSGP) (H.R. 743) Order Code RL32089 and as well within the two separate Trust Funds, the DI “Disability” Trust Fund and the OASI “Early Retirement” Trust Fund.

The” SSA OASI” & The” SSA DI” Trust Funds: Are Two Different Trust Funds.
The SSG Accounts are on a Volunteer bases in which I have volunteered for in 2009.
One must conclude that these are “Two Different Trust Funds” & the Fact thru the “SSA SSG Account ACT”, The “Social Security Guarantee Plus Act” (H.R. 743)
a person that does not receive Disability Benefit Payments until after the age of 62 is also entitled to normal Early Retirement Payments. I did not receive “Disability” benefits payments until I was 62 ½ years old. I Qualify for the Social Security Guarantee Plus Act” (H.R. 743)

It seems most Attorneys know nothing about this Volunteer SSA SSG Account Program in which my uncle the former 38th Vice President, Hubert H. Humphrey Jr., 11, told us of which is Rightfully The Qualified, Volunteered, Citizens Trust Fund. Which I am “Rightfully” Eligible for.

I have contacted the President, the 5 Trustees of the program, the SSA Commissioner, the SSA Western Regional Office, my local SSA Office in Portland, Oregon my Claims Specialist Sharon Corbin along with the Office Manager Virginia Wertz, Attorneys, & just recently my two Oregon Senators, Senator Ron Wyden & Senator Jeff Merkley ever since my 62nd Birthday of November 16, 1947.
Next Month November 16, 2011, I will be 64 years old.
