My daughter is 24 and has had mental health problems since she was 15
she has never had a job her new Psychiatrist says she would support her
trying to get SSI my question is since she lives with me is her eligibility
based on my income even though she is an adult.

I would contact Social Security directly for your particular situation.
If your daughter lives with you, the "monetary benefit" she receives by sharing/receiving room and board from you would likely impact any benefit she might receive.
