Ever since my disabled child's case got transfered to Wichita, KS office, what a nightmare. I fax or call in my income per month before the 5th as required, let them know if any child support was received and they NEVER enter the info correctly. I call and complain that they need to fix that, they don't, I fax and possible form, they don't enter it, I call and leave a message for a call back, they don't call back. One call back in over a year and they fixed the mess then made another mess at the end of 2010 and I am still fighting to get a call back and get them to enter income correctly. I send the Waiver ppw each time, they don't enter it into the computer. To get ahold of the person above the supervisor, you have to go thru the supervisor, who, still has not sent out ppw from 2 months ago and doesn't return calls. I have emailed the congressman, called Washington and Pennsylvania, still nothing. From 2008-2010, I fought them on their errors and then in November 2010, they finally fixed it all but then messed it up again in December 2010 to current. That office is so unethical and lacks in professionalism. Any suggestions?
