I have contacted my case worker a couple of times in the last couple of months by punching in his last name into the automated phone system for the local Independance, Mo office. Now when I do it routes me to a different voice mail of a lady with the same last name. I have left a message explaining the situation but have heard nothing back. How do I get back in touch with my case worker to give him routing numbers and account numbers for my daughters survivors accounts?
