I wanted to get help from some one regarding getting my local office in Long Beach, CA to respond to me regarding survivor benefits from my mother who died in Febuary 2010, have not any success in getting socail security complaints to help, to get these people to do there job and let me know where I stand as far as receiving my mother benefits.
My mother before she died thought she had taken care of this and I would have no problem collecting her benefits. What a daughter to do?
