My mother receives 685.00 a month from disability and 9.00 from social security but her direct deposit shows her deposit 200.00 less last month and 100.00 less this month. Why? How?
I have called the office about 30 times and with my cell phone service I can never get through so I thought I would try this way.
Is there an online rep I can perhaps talk to?
