He needs his check back

my bf lost his check 5 years ago because he did not receive a review letter and neither a waiver form to fill out because someone had taken the letter out of our mailbox before he knew about the letters at all. He has been trying to file for his check back and this has strained our financial situation to a maximum. No one is wanting to tell him anything and when he called the social security office in the new town that we now live in, they do not want to discuss anything with him on the phone.

He has alot of mental problems and cannot afford health insurance, he does not have a medical card and he has been wearing a pair of glasses that are at least 10 years old and cannot afford for the perscription or the exam or even for the glasses. He also has gastrointestinal problems possibly of a hole in his stomach cause he drank gasoline when he was younger. He needs his check back. He cannot afford mental help cause of NO MEDICAL CARD and has no finances coming into the household.

Hes lived in foster care and in group homes on and off throughout most of his life. Hes also been admitted into a mental hospital 14 times! He had a blackout rage around 10 years old causing some type of amnesia cause he does not remember things. His mind will go blank in the middle of a conversation and ask what he was talking about cause he does not remember the conversation. weve also filled out an online form for the disability and nothing has been said about his case, no one has told us anything.
