I am trying to complete my Financial Aid for the UofA and they need a form proving my fathers yearly benifits from his SSI check. Apparently there is some form that can be sent to them. Ive been told that I should be able to do this online rather than having to go to to the Social Security Office. I'm hoping this is the case as this is a time sensitive matter. Please let me know what I need to do.
