This websites Office hours for Hayward are incorrect. To my knowledge, effective 8/15/2011, all Social Security offices close at 3:30 pm. Opening hours can vary.

Thanks, this has been updated. We shortened the hours for most offices when this was announced, but Hayward slipped through.
