Divorce information about ex-spouse
The "Checklist – Adult Disability Interview" states that you should know "Dates of marriages and divorces."
However, I believe this is only for YOUR marriages and divorces. Aside from when your ex-husband divorced YOU, I do not believe his other marriages divorces are relevant to your disability application.
