Social Security will not reconize a full time Mass acertified night school program and have shut off benefits for my 18 year old son. He would have been a senior this year if stayed in regular High School.
Student benefits for 18-year-old student
The SSA states that :
Child benefits end at age 18 unless you are disabled or a full-time student attending a secondary (elementary) school, home school, alternate school, General Education Degree program, or online school.
