Hi! My dad and mom were divorced more than 35 years ago. They'd been together for more than ten years. My dad is here in the US but my mom is in the Philippines..My question is that is my mom eligible to have her share from my dad's retirement?If yes how can she get it?

This may be possible, especially if your mother is a US citizen. It's best to contact Social Security directly to verify.
Your mother will need to meet two criteria. First, there is the basic requirement of being married at least 10 years, and that your father must qualify for Social Security retirement benefits. See here for details :
