5th week rule that cancels your insurance

my son is 11 years old and he has adhd odd and ptsd. and is on medication and due to the 5th week rule that occurs in some months the income level goes over so ssi cancelled his insurance i have been through the governors office and had this resolved more than once and now they can not assist me and everything they told me to do i did but it is a brick wall due to a formality. they know about this issue but yet can not resolve the issue. and the offices are only open till 330. i am a single working father trying to provide for my son and i can not get any help. has anyone had to deal with this issue before? if so did you get it resolved? if so how?
