i am the rep payee for a family member. this family member lived in my home at the time of assignment but has since moved. i am getting threats from this person and the people where this person now lives. the threats are because i refuse to condone or participate in fraud. what can i do? they refuse to supply the living expenses and simply are demanding all moneys immediately

I would contact Social Security directly for this. Note you can request to stop being the representative payee. Depending on the nature of the threats, you may wish to contact local law enforcement.
